1. Taiwan Connects with Nuffield International Agricultural Network
On the 23rd, the Ministry of Agriculture, together with the Australian Office and Nuffield Australia (NA), jointly held the forum "Taiwan-Australia Jointly Linking the Nuffield International Livestock Exchange Dialogue — Future Solution for Livestock Industry" at the Livestock Research Institute. The event invited 14 Nuffield international scholars from six countries—Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Chile—to Taiwan, where they engaged in in-depth discussions with Taiwan’s agricultural youth ambassadors and representatives from five leading livestock enterprises. For the first time, the forum focused specifically on livestock issues, calling for accelerated global cooperation and low-carbon transformation in the future of the livestock industry.
2. Sea Seed Art Party Kicks Off at Qianzhen Fishing Port
The "Sea Seed Art Party," jointly organized by the Fisheries Agency and Haohe Cultural & Creative, officially opened with great fanfare on the 24th at the Crew Hall of Qianzhen Fishing Port. The event showcased multiple marine-themed artworks created collaboratively by the Fish Assassin team, local residents, and foreign crew members. Featured works included the installation art "Fish Leaf Tree," which carries local memories; "Tomorrow’s Dining Table," crafted from marine debris; the crew’s impromptu creation "Fishermen’s Graffiti"; and the colorful glass art piece "Fish Glass Ripples," among others. The diverse and creative artworks captivated attendees with their rich variety.
